What this quote is telling us is that kindness is greatness. If you are kind that means you are being a CTR person, you are being nice to someone, and that means you have a warm heart. Why say something mean when you can be nice. If you are kind and humble to other people they will treat you the same. But if you are mean to them and tell them nasty things they will be the same way or even worse to you.  Kindn

ess basiclly leads to greatness in some way. Because if you are kind then nothing is stopping you. Being mean has many terrible consequences. Its always best if you are kind to others. 

My Thanksgiving break was very relaxing. I slept in most of the week. I went hiking in the morning and bowling at night. I went black Friday shopping with my mom. My brother's girlfriend came over so i got to meet her. My sister came to visit for a few days. I watched the 5 season of Pretty Little Liars all over again. I watched college and nfl football. I was a ctr person when I took out my sister to eat and when my brothers money fell and he didnt notice I picked it up for him and I gave it to him. I read the book looking for alaska this week as well. I didn't have much homework so i didn't have to worry about doing it.   

"If its not right, do not do it, if its not true, do not say it."

This is telling us that if its not something right/good your about to do then don't do it at all. If something is not true then don't say it. Lying isn't good your are not choosing the right if you are making stuff up. Choosing the right is simple. There are many consequences if you choose the wrong. But if you choose the right you will be rewarded. Don't do something that isn't right and don't make stuff up if you know its not true.

Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving is a holiday that the pilgrims started in 1621 on the fourth Friday of November. Its a day you spend with your family giving thanks for everything. You have a thanksgiving dinner, many people cook a turkey and bake a pumpkin pie and have other delicious foods. People celebrate thanksgiving in many different ways. Thanksgiving is a very special holiday.

Doing the right, the fair, and honorable is much more important than to win or lose. If you win or lose that doesn't matter at all.You always have to chose the right no matter the circumstance or situation. You have to be fair all the time because fairness is very important. Honorable, is also important because being an honorable person is best. If you are a ctr person and you lose you are still a winner because you are a ctr person always.Anyone can be a fair,good,honorable person it just takes time to be a ctr person all the time, but we can do it.

We all have that temptation every once in a while to do the bad thing. No matter how much we want or someone wants us to do the bad thing we have to keep choosing the right. We can tell them no, tell ourselves no. We have to be honest with ourselves and others as well. We have to do the right thing always because it is the right thing to do and doing the right will always take us far in life. No matter how many people are choosing the wrong you still have to choose the right. If your so called friends are doing the wrong dont be around them they are just going to influence you in doing the wrong thing and we dont want that because after a while they wont be here for you. Be around the nice, caring, good influenced people.

Duties and Responsibilities- making sure that employees enough training so they can make culinary dishes

Education- High school diploma, certification from the american culinary federation

Reflection- No i would not like to a chef because i cant touch many different types of ingredients because i get grossed out
